Welgate Marketing Pvt Ltd, is desirous of promoting business all
over India and as part of it, the company plans to open Company showrooms/film
distribution all over India on district wise.

Terms and conditions
1. A Welgate Show Room will be opened one per every District all over India preferably at
the District Headquarters or in the main city where ample business
opportunity exist. The Film Distribution will also be
done by the same person nominated to run the Show Room.
2. The applicant must be an Indian citizen and quote the
references with full address and telephone numbers of two known persons of that District.
3. The applicant should have adequate communication skills and
capabilities of running a reputed Company’s Show Room.
4. Arrangements are being made to open the Show Rooms all over
India on 3rd April, 2006 itself.
5. The applicant should have at least 400 Sq. Ft. of Show Room
Space of his own or taken on lease on his name.
6. The showroom space should have been located at the ground
floor or first floor. However, if it is located within a shopping
complex, the requirement mentioned above is not mandatory.
7. The proposed Show Room should be furnished in a way to
arrange the CDs, Cassettes and other Show Room requisites and painted
according to Company's specific color pattern . ie., in red and blue. Eg:- Welgate Marketing (P) Ltd,
Branch (Place Name)
8. The proposed Show Room should be done up by 15th March, 2006
and necessary Trade Agreement will be executed in favour of M/s.
Welgate Marketing (P) Ltd for 5 years.
9. The Trade Agreement means, the fully completed Show Room
held by the nominated person to run the business and will execute
necessary consent in favour of Welgate Marketing (P) Ltd through an Agreement
for the next five years. The Company will supply sufficient stock as
per the requirement. The sale will be conducted on Company’s Sales Tax
Registration and the staff will be trained by the Company.
10. The Company will stock items valued in between Rs.
15,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Lakhs Only) to Rs. 40,00,000/- (Rupees
Forty Lakhs Only) in the Show Room depending upon the sale potential.
11. The person so appointed to run the Show Room would be the
custodian of the stock held in that Show Room and fully accountable.
12. All the purchases , stocks and sales will be carried out
through on-line business. Billing computer will be connected to the
Central Corporate Office through a dedicated server.
13. Supply of new stock to the showroom and the return of unsold stock
if any held on
charge would be replaced as and when ordered by the Company’s Central
Office.
14. All types of business promotion activities such as
advertisement / publicity etc will be done centrally by the Company.
15. Expenses such as Show Room rent, electricity charges, local
body taxes, land tax and telephone installation charges etc will be
paid by the person so appointed to run the Show Room.
16. Expenses such as staff salary, telephone bills, stationery
/ incidental charges, Sales Tax / Income Tax payment etc will be met
by the Company.
17. The person so appointed to run the Show Room is entitled to
withdraw 12.5% of the monthly turnover on closing of the accounts on
every 30th / 31st of the month. In addition to the above, he is
eligible for 20% of the net profit earned yearly as incentive on
closing of the account as on 31st March each year branch wise.
18. The film “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star”, a big budget movie
produced by M/s.Welgate CinemaFox (P) Ltd in four Indian languages
are being released by M/s. Welgate Marketing (P) Ltd on 26-01-2006 through this same Show Room network proposed to be run District wise.
19. In addition to the release of the film in all the multiplex
theatres in India, the Company is desirous of distributing the film in
all the District Headquarters / main cities through the nominated
person to run the proposed Company’s Show Room.
20. Applicants who are confirmed to run the Company’s Show
Rooms at different stations would be entrusted with the
responsibilities to release the film in their area and the following
materials will be
supplied to the Channel Partner through the Company Executive:-
- Trailor Film
- Trailor CD
- Photo Cards
- 6 sheet posters
- 30 x 40 size posters
- Audio Cassettes / Audio CD etc
21. On receipt of the above materials, the concerned person
will liaise with the owners of the releasing theatres (DTS / DOLBY) of
his area and confirm availability of theatres for the release of the
film on 26th January, 2006.
22. On receipt of confirmation from the channel partner, the Company will send 5000 brochures, 400 Nos of 6 sheet
posters, 1600 Nos of 30/40 sheet posters, 500 Nos of Audio CDs with song VCD (MRP Rs. 99/- each), 500 nos
of Audio cassettes (MRP Rs. 40/- each)
within 4 days time for arranging advertisement and sale within the
allotted District. The audio CD with song VCD and audio cassettes will
be supplied at 40% discount from MRP.
23. The Company is responsible to give wide publicity through
visual medias as well as print media. However, it will be the
responsibility of the distributor to arrange local publicity with help
of the theatre owners. The accounts of cassettes and CDs thus supplied
will be settled on return of the unsold stock if any after deducting 40% discount by 31st
March, 2006.
24. On receipt of confirmation from the Company, the
distributor is at liberty to sign necessary agreement with theatre
owners and also receive advance on behalf of the Company.
25. The distributor is empowered to keep the advance amount
thus received from the theatres in his account and the Company would
be informed about such receipt at regular interval in writing.
26. It is the responsibility of the Company to ensure that the
film print is sent to the respective station with the Company
Executive on due date ie., on 23rd January, 2006.
27. The distributor will forward the first report of theatre
distribution share covering the period from 26th January to 31st
January, 2006 to the Company duly signed both by the distributor and
the Company Executive followed by weekly statements covering the
period from every Monday to Sunday.
28. The distributor is entitled to withdraw Rupees Twenty
Thousand (Rs20,000) or 5% of the total distribution share
whichever is higher on closing the account as on 28th February 2006 and
Rupees Ten Thousand (Rs10,000) or 5% of the monthly distribution share
whichever is higher in the subsequent month.
29. If there is a requirement of more than one print in a
District by the same distributor, the conditions mentioned above will
apply for every additional print.
30. The Distributor will ensure that no camera print is taken
out of the film print held in his custody.
31. The Company will continue to distribute the film being
produced by M/s.Welgate CinemaFox (P) Ltd and also other movies for
which the distribution is done by M/s. Welgate Marketing (P) Ltd
through the Company’s Show Room net work only.
The Company will be distributing the maiden feature film of Welgate
CinemaFox (P) Ltd titled “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star” all over India
and abroad. This big budget film is made in four languages – Hindi,
Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam with separate negatives. The film was shot at Alleppey, Athirappally, Vazhachal, Ponnani in Kerala,
Golconda Fort, Chiran Fort, Ramoji Rao Studio at Hyderabad, Chennai,
Bomabay and at the Rajasthan Deserts. The film would be ready for
release all over India on 26th January, 2006.
